I have spent over a decade doing two things simultaneously: running businesses and understanding why they succeed or fail. That dual lens, executive and academic, shapes everything I do. As Managing Director at KuantoKusta, I have full accountability for the company: where it goes, how it operates, and how it performs. Before this, I scaled a gaming company to €40M turnover, secured Series A+ funding at 150% of target, and led M&A integration at a Farfetch-acquired business. For nearly seven years I have also been a Professor at ISAG – European Business School, teaching Micro and Macroeconomics, Behavioural Economics, and Data Science. Not as a side activity, as a deliberate choice. The research informs the decisions. The decisions inform the teaching. I write about markets, strategy, and the economics behind business behaviour, because the gap between what the data says and what most companies do is still remarkably wide.
